Processing Times

All orders are packed with care and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
During product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may vary slightly — thank you for your patience.

Shipping Within New Zealand

We ship nationwide using reliable courier partners.

  • Urban delivery: 1–3 business days

  • Rural delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel size.

International Shipping

We now ship internationally through Shopify’s global courier network.

Delivery Times

International delivery times vary by destination, but most orders arrive within:

  • Australia: 5–10 business days

  • USA & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Asia & Pacific: 7–15 business days
    (Delays may occur due to customs processing.)

International Duties & Taxes

Some countries may charge import duties, VAT, or customs fees.
These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

All international orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking link via email after dispatch.

Restricted Countries

If Shopify is unable to ship to your location due to restrictions, the system will notify you at checkout.

Order Issues & Delivery Concerns

We will support you in resolving the issue with the courier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for parcels delivered to wrong or incomplete addresses, but we will assist wherever possible.
