Processing Times
All orders are packed with care and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
During product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may vary slightly — thank you for your patience.
Shipping Within New Zealand
We ship nationwide using reliable courier partners.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel size.
International Shipping
We now ship internationally through Shopify’s global courier network.

Tracking
