Our whole cacao beans are sourced from Papua New Guinea and lightly roasted to develop their rich, deep cacao flavour while preserving the character of the whole bean.

Crunchy, earthy and naturally satisfying, they offer cacao in one of its simplest forms — with the cacao butter, fibre, plant protein and naturally occurring minerals found in the whole bean.

Cacao also naturally contains theobromine, known for its gentle, longer-lasting stimulating effect, as well as polyphenols, naturally occurring antioxidant compounds found in cacao.
